This Privacy Policy explains how Bravoocustom (“Bravoocustom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with www.bravoocustom.com (the “Site”) and any services, features, content, or applications we provide (together, the “Services”). We receive information about you from several sources, including: (i) when you create an account for the Services (your “Account”); (ii) through your use of the Services; and (iii) from third-party websites and services. We collect information to operate, personalize, and improve the Services. Depending on how you use the Services, we may request, collect, and/or display:

We may use your contact details to send important information about the Services. You may manage some communications in your Account settings; however, we may still contact you for critical matters (e.g., account recovery).
  2. User Content
    Certain features allow you to submit content (for example, comments). Content you submit may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you close your Account, and may be disclosed to third parties as described in this Policy.
  3. User Contact Information
    If you choose to provide it—and if you become a Buyer, you will provide it—we may collect your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. This information can identify you and may be shared with relevant Sellers and Buyers when necessary to facilitate transactions and Services.
  4. Financial Information
    We do not currently collect or store your payment card details. Such information is collected and stored by our third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”). Their terms and privacy policy govern the use and storage of that information.
  5. IP Address and Other Automatically Collected Information
    We receive certain information automatically from your browser or device when you interact with the Services, such as your IP address, device identifiers, and cookie data. We use this information for security (e.g., preventing spam/malware) and to analyze interactions (e.g., links clicked).

We also collect usage metrics (e.g., visit counts, frequency). We may use this data in aggregated form so it does not identify you personally. This helps us and authorized third parties understand usage and improve the Services.

The Services are designed to help you share and interact. Subject to your permissions and applicable settings, we may use and share the information we collect, including Personal Information, to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Services and related products, services, and advertising (including for third-party offerings) on and off the Services.
  • Maintain technical functionality; develop new features and services; analyze your use of the Services and your interactions with apps, ads, products, and services available through the Services.
  • Communicate with you for Service-related, support, or research purposes via emails, notifications, text messages, or other messages (which you agree to receive).

Some activity may be public by default, such as content you post publicly. Registered users may have public activity associated with their Accounts. Unregistered users may be tracked anonymously via cookies. We may, from time to time, receive limited financial information from the Payment Processor to complete transactions you initiate, enroll you in discounts or rebates you elect to join, prevent or identify fraud, and otherwise manage our business.

We engage individuals and entities to perform tasks on our behalf (“Agents”). We may share Personal Information with Agents as needed to provide products or services. Agents are not permitted to use Personal Information beyond what is necessary to assist us.

Your Account is protected by a password. Protect your password, limit access to your devices, and sign out when finished. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect stored information, including IP addresses. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

USER DATA RIGHTS
By using our Websites, Services, and marketing activities, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein. We may also process data on other lawful bases, including contractual necessity, compliance with law, and legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request a copy of your personal information in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or request that we transfer it to another controller, where technically feasible. If you are registered, you can access certain Account information by logging in. Registered and unregistered users can manage cookies through their browser settings.

California Privacy Rights
California residents may request a notice identifying the categories of personal customer information we share with affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes and the contact information for such entities. To request this notice, email support@bravoocustom.com.

If you want us to remove your personal information from our Websites or Services, contact Support or email support@bravoocustom.com. You may also request account closure. We will respond within 30 days. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your information (e.g., legal obligations). If so, we will inform you and explain why.

HOW CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
You can request deletion of your Account by emailing support@bravoocustom.com. After deletion, your Account will no longer provide access to linked information. Public activity that occurred before deletion may remain on our servers and accessible to the public due to the nature of sharing on the Services.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE REGARDING MY INFORMATION?

  • You can use many features without registering, which limits what we collect.
  • You can choose not to provide certain information, though this may limit functionality.
  • You can request Account deletion; we will verify your authority before acting. Past activity may remain stored and, where public, may remain accessible.
