Production Time: 1-2 weeks
Each pair is made to order by hand, requiring careful preparation and painting time, including 3-5 days of drying time for the paint to fully cure and adhere.
Shipping Time: 1-2 weeks
Delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days.
Total Time: 2-4 weeks from order placement to delivery

Please Note:
Due to the custom, made-to-order products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-painted sneakers.
Before You Order:
⚠️ IMPORTANT - Please double-check your size before placing your order. Selecting the correct size is crucial, as we cannot offer exchanges for size-related issues.
Cancellation & Size Change:
Orders may be cancelled or the size may be changed free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and orders can no longer be cancelled or the size cannot be changed. Please email us (see Contact page for details).
Merchant Error Protection:
In the rare event that we make an error (such as shipping the wrong size, missing accessories, or an incorrect design), we will provide a full refund or free replacement, with return/exchange shipping covered by us.

To maintain the beauty and extend the life of your custom sneakers, please follow these care instructions:
Cleaning:
- Use a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush with warm water and mild soap
- Gently wipe the surface around the custom design
- Do not scrub or pick at the painted areas
- Let shoes air dry naturally at room temperature
Things to Avoid:
- ❌ Do not expose to prolonged intense direct sunlight and high temperatures
- ❌ Do not use abrasive cleaning tools that may damage the finish
- ❌ Do not machine wash or dry in a tumble dryer
- ❌ Do not use acetone-based cleaners or harsh chemicals on the design
