NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Every piece is individually handmade to order; consequently, all purchases are considered final and we do not provide refunds or exchanges. Please confirm your size before submitting an order with Bravoocustoms.

If we ship an incorrect item—for example, the wrong size or design—we will fix our error. Reach out to us immediately after receiving your order; any exchange is subject to the product being unworn and returned in its original packaging.

For assistance, contact us at support@bravoocustom.com. If your return request is approved, we will forward detailed return instructions, including how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective, damaged, or simply the wrong item, notify us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Please note: we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
