When you order from BravooCustom, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order’s shipment. You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of ordering and then production. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause delays. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 working days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
You are able to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it or before the order is confirmed by our Auto-system and the Business Department, whichever comes first. If 3 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or we have confirmed the order, then the order CANNOT be canceled.
SHIPPING METHOD
Packages are shipped via our partnerships with FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS.
TIME FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. You can refer to the standard shipping time below:
- On average, orders will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of ordering and then shipped.
These are our estimated shipping times (this does not include our 1–2 days processing time):
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Worldwide: 10–21 business days
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated within 5 days of placing the order, please contact us at support@bravoocustom.com for quick assistance.
NOTE
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at support@bravoocustom.com if you need to change the address.
SHIPPING RESTRICTION
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided (especially the exact apartment number in a building). If you discover any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@bravoocustom.com so we can assist you in correcting it. Otherwise, we will provide you with the carrier’s contact information so you can update the address directly.
To reduce shipping costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking shows “delivered to original sender,” it does not mean the package was returned to our warehouse—it will be held at our shipping agency’s storage. Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:
- The package fails to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
- You refuse the package.
- The package fails to be delivered due to any issue related to the shipping address you provided.
- You claim you have not received the package, but the tracking shows it was successfully delivered or marked as “delivered.”
For lost or missing packages that we agree to replace, we will only provide you with the shipping carrier’s information and the tracking number associated with your order so you can track it.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
